Pure Wash is a service and app for washing cars where they are parked: you book in the app, a Pure Wash washer comes to your car, documents its condition with photos before and after the wash, and you follow your order step by step.

How booking works Support

What is Pure Wash?

A mobile car-wash service operated by Manar Alsubul For logistics Establishment. You choose the service and add-ons in the app and see prices including VAT and the approximate duration of each service before you confirm. You can add more than one car to the same order when they are at the same location.

At your car's location

Pin the car on the map, use your current location or pick a saved address. The app checks that the location is inside the service area.

Photos before and after

The washer photographs the car on arrival before starting and again when finished. The photos appear in your order to document the car's condition, so you do not need to be there during the wash.

Live tracking

The app shows each stage: booking confirmed, washer assigned, on the way, arrived, wash in progress, done. While the washer is on the way you see their location on the map, and you are notified at every stage.

How booking works

Five steps in the app.

  1. Car

    Pick a car from "My cars" or add one: make, model, color and size.

  2. Service

    Choose the service and optional add-ons, priced for your car's size.

  3. Location

    Set where the car is; the app confirms it is inside the service area.

  4. Time

    Choose a day and time from the available slots.

  5. Payment

    Review the order summary and total, and pay online by mada, Apple Pay or credit card. The booking is confirmed once the payment succeeds.

Order tracking

Once your booking is confirmed it is assigned to a washer, whose details appear in the order so you can contact them. When the washer sets off, their location appears on the map with an estimated arrival time, and it stops being shown once they arrive.

After the wash you will find the "before" and "after" photos on the order page, and you can rate the service.

Coverage

The service is currently available only in Jeddah, inside a coverage area set on the map, and bookings cannot be made for locations outside the coverage area. Coverage may expand in the future, and we will announce it in the app.
